Bought as a birthday present. complete failure. Didn't shine. The battery compartment is also very thin. Doesn't look very safe. This skirt did not come with LEDs or batteries. I took the skirt out of the box and was very excited to take my daughter to the night festival and saw that she was all glowing, but was disappointed to find that she was not glowing at all as advertised. I'm giving it two stars because my daughter still loved it (assuming she just wanted the tutu and didn't realize it was meant to glow). Aside from the lack of light, it had cute silver stars and there are three tiers of Thule.

I ordered this for my daughter's fairy costume before Halloween. She rejoiced because it caught fire as she served. It worked right away, she danced in it that night and then carefully put it away because we didn't want to "waste battery". She's four years old, but she has incredible self-control. It looks "fluffy” in the picture, but actually it has only two layers and quite big hole, the material has a very rough texture, doesn't look like the picture at all, very disappointed 😢 since we just received it Time for her 3 year old birthday.

My granddaughters aged 3 and 5 loved it! The colors of the skirts (1 teal, 1 purple) were bright, the on/off button was easy to find, and the little lights were bright and colorful. Thanks!

Although the lights are not as bright in daylight as they are in the dark, they are still noticeable! I would recommend a pack!

Our little girl would wear them every day if she could. Great quality and they work really well. There was a smell when we first took them out of the box. We left them outside to air and the smell quickly dissipated.

When I come back, I'm very upset. The purple skirt was unfinished and the LED wasn't working or latching properly, probably because it was sent to me unassembled. Very upset. The return of both is poorly done.

My granddaughter loves this glow pack but we find that the cable that connects to the battery pack keeps unplugging causing the light to go out.

Adorable but mine arrived without a light button so it doesn't light up and there are a few small tears in the waste strip area so my daughter won't be able to wear it to her birthday.

My granddaughters loved getting this tutu! It was amazing and they felt like little princesses! They fit well, they are 5 and 6 years old.

I took it out of the box and turned on the switch. It lit up for about 2 seconds and then we couldn't get it to burn again. I had to go back.

The quality of this tutu is great for a baby. My stepdaughter was delighted when it arrived and she must try it on. The light was bright but not too bright where it outshone the stars lining up on the pack. It was a little tricky figuring out where the on/off switch for the battery pack was, but once we found it, it was ready to go. I would recommend buying in size. This was only for her Halloween costume, but I know she'll be wearing it a lot!

The skirt would have been perfect if it hadn't been torn. It was torn at the waist and very poorly sewn. It was supposed to be at my daughter's 5th birthday party this weekend and now I have to come up with something else. Really disappointed.

The headlights work perfectly. My daughter is 8 (very little 8) and lived in this Halloween skirt. Bit was very easy for her to work alone.

The light didn't work, my daughter was looking forward to that evening, so I decided to buy it because it's safer. Bought a few of these tutus for my daughters dance team! They were so cute and the lights were a nice added feature!.

I bought 2 of these for my 4 and 6 year old granddaughters....they loved them and immediately wanted to wear them....absolutely worth the money

I love this little skirt so much. Bought for my almost 2 year old and was worried it would be too big and it was a bit big but it definitely worked and fit her for a couple of years. She loved wearing it on Halloween and many neighbors praised her. Will definitely be ordering more/other colors. She also took it out of the closet to wear on other days.

My daughter wanted a glow in the dark skirt for her glow in the dark birthday and it was such a hit with her! she loved it. Can't say how it will hold up in the long run, but it's great for what it is.
