Faulty Sensor Ruins Ride Quality

This Automotive Sensor belongs in the trash. After ONLY two weeks of use, it began to malfunction causing my truck to jerk and stall .The compatibility claim seems like a blatant lie..

Make sure you buy an oil pressure fitting before trying!

Don't be fooled into thinking a 1 1/16 inch deep socket will remove the oil pressure sensor. They just round the corners. On a 2004 gmc 5.3 all you need is a special deep oil nut and a 3/8 ratchet. Reach behind the back of the motor and pull the connector latch off the tab and up and out of the switch. Insert the nut and then slide the short 3/8" ratchet onto the nut.
