Review of a Disappointing Online Shopping Experience at EnerWear:

As a woman who loves to browse for clothes, shoes, and accessories, I was eager to finally give the much-touted brand EnerWear a try. Unfortunately, I was left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed after shopping at their web store. The first problem I had with them was that they were too small. I took accurate measurements, but the garments I ordered still did not fit. I attempted to exchange the items but was greeted with rude and unhelpful service when I called customer service. My worries were disregarded, and I received no apology for the trouble. The goods themselves were of poor quality. The sneakers I bought were nothing like the pictures on the website, and they quickly became unwearable. Despite the expensive sounding marketing, the jewelry was poorly manufactured and quickly lost its luster. The web shop was also confusing to use, and its product photos were misleading. There was a lot of back-and-forth clicking as I looked for what I needed. Finally, the promised low prices were not met. Some things were priced fairly, while others were ridiculously high for what you got. The discounts and special offers did not amount to much either. My overall impression of EnerWear was negative. The sizes were off, the quality was poor, the support staff was unhelpful, the website was hard to use, and the costs were high. The EnerWear web store is not one I suggest you visit.

Pros
  • Superiorly crafted one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry.
Cons
  • Size options are somewhat restricted.
