I was eager to explore CakCity's online shop as a newcomer to the world of online fashion buying. However, I was disappointed and frustrated by my encounter. Although they have a wide variety of clothes, shoes, jewelry, and watches, for someone who is not familiar with fashion, it can also be intimidating. It proved difficult for me to sort through the choices and decide what to buy. Even worse, the products I got fell short of my expectations in terms of quality. The shoes were uncomfortable, the jewelry and watches weren't as eye-catching as I had anticipated, and the clothes felt like they were of low quality. Finding items that fit my unique taste was challenging for me as a novice in this industry. It was difficult for me to find items that felt both fashionable and timeless, despite CakCity's claims that it offers a varied selection of goods. I felt that many of the choices were either too trendy or not trendy enough. Their customer care was also quite lacking. I had trouble receiving a timely response when I reached out with questions and concerns, and I felt like my problems weren't completely addressed. Overall, I am unable to advise other fashion newbies to shop at CakCity's website. I was unimpressed with the online fashion buying experience due to the overwhelming selection, poor quality of the products, the lack of variety in terms of styles, and the poor level of customer service.
