Review on Yokohama Parada Spec-X 225/65 R17 102H summer by Janis Skrindzevskis ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

I used the tires 225/60/18, and I've drove around 3,000 kilometers. Rubber is surprisingly quiet, reasonably hard, and completely controlled in all circumstances (someone writes about squeals in corners, screaming at speed, but I don't have this). Even when traveling at 90 mph through a 10 cm-deep puddle, I did not observe any hydroplaning at all; instead, the car drove straight ahead as if it were on dry tarmac. I left the cabin after two days of rain on clay and never got stuck; others were simply afraid to go. Rubber has amazing off-road capabilities.

Pros
  • directional tread prevents aquaplaning, even at high speeds and in very deep puddles; superb handling prevents rutting; good off-road capability - Quiet
Cons
  • You need to remove small stones from the tread of the vehicle after driving on the dirt road.
