The tool helps us to track all our leads, their activities in the system, communication with them (from chat through emails), etcThe admin panel allows you to easily customize your dashboard so it suits your needs.

A bit more customization could make this product even better! I would like if there was some kind of integration or plugin for other CRM tools such Slack/Zoho Chat/Salesforce which we use internally at work and help increase productivity by providing real time data from multiple sources without needing any extra software setup. We are using wisdom since last 4 years now and have seen many improvements over these past few years.
