I strongly do not recommend this seller if you want to get a quality product / feedback. The product appeared to be new, but with internal defects such as: The headlight does not work, and it is also completely discharged on the 2nd of the 4 diodes. (37%~) As soon as I received the goods, in the first week, I decided to resolve this issue directly with the seller. Two numbers on their official website (kugoo-drive) - does not work. In the support service of Ya. Market, they gave me an extra. number, it was possible to get through to him 3 times. 1 call: I told the situation, they listened to me and promised to sort it out / call me back. 2 call: (More than a day has passed) I tell again. They say, they say, “It’s strange that they didn’t call you back. I'll sort it out and call you back in an hour. " 3 call: (more than 3 days have passed since the first call) I tell you, and in response: we will call you back in 5 minutes. Outcome: I have never been called back. I return the goods through the marketplace itself: 222022 appoint a courier for 252022 (the courier does not pick up the goods, because, according to him, he will not fit in his car) I've been calling support for a few days. Spoiler: useless. I issue a refund again myself through the market application - they immediately answer and appoint a courier for 10.29. Came and took the goods. Since the seller is 20-30 km from me, I thought they would deliver the same day. As a result, they delivered it to the warehouse only on 082022. 092022 support sends a message to the seller: The product was sent to the service center for diagnostics for another 10 days. In the bottom line, I sit without money / without goods for half a month. I think it will take at least a month. And there is a complete feeling that I will not see the goods / money. The seller is a priori not conscientious and the question is, does the marketplace bear any responsibility for its “sellers”? See you again in 10 days. I'll write what the seller comes up with.
